With mobile capability we can serve your data directly to a handheld mobile device where it can be edited and uploaded back to the main server - giving you near real-time field collection ability.

Instances where a Geomapix Professional solution would be appropriate;

 • Municipality - although Geomapix Essential is appropriate for a smaller municipality Geomapix Pro will allow more complex processes and greater integration with other municipal departments. For example, an integrated parcel notification tool allows the web user to select a point on the map, buffer it with a desired distance and the tool will automatically select all property parcels within that distance and create a mailing list for your convenience. A large amount of data can be efficiently displayed and queried using ArcGIS Server. Numerous tools and functions are available, for example, vehicle routing and reporting of queries in MS Excel format. Also, Google StreetView or Bing StreetSide can be fully integrated into a Geomapix Professional solution.

 • Provincial – a robust GIS Enterprise solution is needed to display all of the provincial government owned GIS data and allow users to query layers and download selected files to their local computer. Such a custom system with specific needs, vast amounts of data and a high number of users would require Geomapix Professional to run in a timely and efficient manner.
